Cool. I'm hoping I can find something similar made for the American market. If not, I'll give this one a look. Thanks!

This was very informative, I almost went this rout and then I found RCA wires to work with my old systems, and then RCA to HDMI.

Can I use this to play my 1977 "Roberts television computer games super color volley x" on my HDMI projector or flatscreen? It has a "flat wire connection". I guess I need to hook up the "flat wire" to a vintage "switch box" and then it will go into the coax port of the device you are showing?

How does it handle the 240p output? I assume its treating it as if it were 480i or does it actual have some linedoubling capabilities akin to the OSSC or something?

Tbh I don't think it looks a ton better than just using the RF switch made for the console. Neat proof of concept though, and hopefully the design is improved upon.
