How do u let go of the bars in the air. I cant get a good hop withouth clenching my grips and cant let go in the air when i do..

I always take my left foot (back foot) off most of the time. Sometimes I keep it on but then i throw really slow or hit my knee? Seems like everyone does it easy. I may try the swing idea and back idea to get used to it better. Indoor bike would help but don't have 2 footballs.

I straight up cant bunny hop and bring my legs back like that at once. That, and my front wants to drop because i cant pinch anything when i bunny hop. Ive tried for a long time and it just isnt happening. I can do the "rear tire on the ground" spins. No idea what else i can try.
