To a Swiss man like myself, this cheese fondue is an absolute nightmarish abomination, I would cringe and swear the whole time as I was standing in the same room. White cheddar, so called American Swiss cheese, and jalapenos? Are you f'ing kidding me?! 🤮 Real Swiss cheese fondue is made with Gruyère cheese, Vacherin cheese, white wine, cherry brandy, garlic, eaten with delicious fresh bread, baguette is the best.
