I do my hot start pretty similar but with ours I start with mixture full lean

Heavy duty starter , and Sure Fly is a huge help too !

Yes for sure … the SureFly in particular really helps with hot starts !

Yes SR22T G6 with 1 SureFly mag and one traditional mag
