Problem still persist. This happened after new firmware installed from my PC. I believe it is new firmware that does not allow aftermarket ink cartridges. Let me know what you all think. Ty

THIS BROTHER CHANGED THE CARTRIDGES. WHILE HE WAS SHOWING PRINTER PROBLEM THAT TIME A NEW BLACK CARTRIDGE WAS ON THE TABLE WITH BLUE MARKER MARKED. AFTER CARTRIDGE CLINING HE FIXED THE NEW ONE. PLEASER DONT MAKE PEOPLE FOOL. CARTRIDGE CAN NOT BE REPAIRED.

Hi. I have a major issue. Plz advice for his online classes and i have hp 2135 inkjet. Bcoz of corona i cannot go out to buy nre cartilages and i saw ur video. But after filling the ink in the cartridge, the printer wont print and says cartridge enmpty. I am not able to resolve this issue. Plz help. I tried resetting several times. Tried scanning too. But nothing is happening. I am not able to make the cartridge work.

Why not just clean the print circuit for both the cartridge and the printer, you wouldn't need to replace the cartridge unless it's empty.

Does this printer requires both the cartridges to be present in the slot to work

No, you can use 1 cartidge and the printer will detect this and tell you that it will be working in single cartridge mode.
