Ugh, thanks for this video. Got a fake Blue cart. It ran and saved for a while until one day it reset my GBC in the middle of saving and lost my progress. Opened it up to find it looked different, and then found your video confirming the worst. If you get a fake cart, do they use flash now, or is it just a different battery? Am I just never going to be certain if it will save? I'll have to get an authentic one, but is this fake one just trash?

I have a dmg-apee-usa one the sticker is a bit worn of from the original owner and the game does always start up. I thought it was fake but it's probably just old and worn out.

I have a fake copy. Even came with the replica Pokémon blue box. It’s plays well. It’s good if you just want to keep it for yourself and play

All the gba of the 5 fake Pokemon game cartage works very well n safe to let you know. it was super hard to find at amazon but i was able to find Pokemon red n Pokemon blue for gameboy color for 18$ that got all 5 stars with great reviews...but got one question do i have to add a new battery to fake Pokemon blue if i buy it or does it save like your fake Pokemon blue?

Hello so I recently bought a pokemon blue and compared it to my brother's pokemon blue and I noticed that my cartridge and label color are darker than my brother's one but the motherboard seems legit, Is that normal for the cartridge and blastoise to be a darker blue? thank you

@@pokeboy14a for real! sadly he closed his store in 2021 but i at least picked up this gem and a dmg 01 for under 100$ on another note great videos ive been lurking for a while checking my old carts if they are fake or not (i buy from online and retro stores alot) and only your videos get the points across in fast understandable manner keep up the great uploads :D
