I enjoyed this and am starting my backyard bird sanctuary - hopefully. I have to make a statement about that #10 bird - Mockingbird - Tennessee State Bird - my place of birth. Those birds never hush!! They’ve been known to sing at night. I remember when my sister first got married, they lived in an apartment and a Mockingbird kept them awake at night. 😂 Just saying!

Nice video, short and to the point. We have several feeders grouped together and see at least twenty different birds. The wrens are in the front yard, rarely seen but we sure hear them constantly. My question is: I believe there is a brown thrasher that has been coming to the feeder and also eating on the ground. I've never seen one before and was wondering if they are common in northeast Ohio.

Very helpful video. I keep trying to identify a bird I hear in Maryland. It has a haunting, almost melancholy tone in a minor key with a descending melody -- 3-4 intervals and usually 6 notes. Any suggestions would be great. It's not usually in the forest, usually just trees in suburban lawns.

I kinda believe that the red bellied woodpeckers store there food in tree holes 🤔 I might be wrong but we have one of those birds who comes to our feeder quite often and he carries seeds in its beak and stumps it in a hole on a tree. Am I wrong? Oh, and by the way, I love your videos. Thanks for the explanations on birds it's very interesting

@BirdGardenChannel
