Im really new at this Y'all. This is not a training video by no means, but Im just learning about this herb. I probably did have these last year but they were just the leaves and i didnt notice them. Then several of them bolted flowers this year (second year) and they will die this year and the other new ones will bolt next year. Never to old to learn folks. I have had several people ask me about it, its uses, etc. Im not an herbalist or dr. or anything of the sort. This just interests me and i also am learning about it. As i learn i will surely pass it on to you. If you have any knowledge about mullein , please share with all of us in the comment section.

Mullein seeds are possibly unsafe. They might be toxic. Pregnancy and breast-feeding: There isn't enough reliable information to know if mullein is safe to use when pregnant or breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.
Lord willin', we will see ya on the next video😘💕

I keep Mullein on hand all the time. I've never had to use it, but I keep it just in case, especially during COVID. It is supposed to be very good for breathing issues including asthma. One guy on KZbin said he had been on inhalers for twenty years and after he started using Mullein he was able to cut his inhaler use down to about a third. I've always bought it at the health food store because, until last year I seldom saw it in my area. This past two years it has been abundant around where I live. From what I've read, if you use it as a tea, you have to strain the little hairs out before you drink it. I've also read that you can smoke it, (dry the leaves and roll them in a cigarette paper or put them in a pipe) or boil the leaves on the stove and inhale the vapor. I've never tried any of these methods, so I don't know. Just what I've read. Glad to see other people getting interested in natural methods of healing.
