By physical inspection of panles and checking shipment documents.

Ask your supplier to provide you COC and PSI report which are issued by 3rd party inspection agency. Email that documents to concerned agency and ask for their authenticity. They generally reply in 2-3 days. Also, make sure that serial number of panels that you are going to buy should be mentioned in the PSI report. Other documents you can ask from supplier are Flash Test Report, Proforma Invoice (PI), Goods Declaration (GD) and Packing List (PL).
