You can stop chunking the ball with two easy and effective drills that Michael Breed shares in this video. Micheal, you have a lot of coaches stating SIDEBEND - which leads me to dipping and hitting fat shots .... WELL which is it ? I know slow down and SWING UNDER CONTROL and follow through !

If you side bend when your chest is facing the ball you can hit it fat. If you side bend when your chest is facing the target you will hit far.

It’s the same move. It’s only because of your setup the shoulder will be slightly lower
