Sir this stream is paused since last six months, there is no information available anywhere where it is mentioned weather it would resume or they will be completely abondoning this stream. Can you clarify what is in the future?

AAIP mentions in there website that inorder to get NOI your profile must have at least 5 months left in expiry. Please shed some light on this

My noc is Software engineers and designers plus 2 years ongoing remote work experience at an Alberta company. I have my hopes tied to Family connection and OIC stream. The recent update shows only 74 or so available quota for this specific stream. Do you think there is any hope for this stream in the future?

My query is regarding Rural Renewal Stream program under AAIP. If a Government of Alberta employee applies under the Rural Renewal Stream program in a designated community with an endorsement processing fee payable by the employer ONLY, which of the following scenarios applies: 1. The candidate is exempted from processing payments or other rules of that community/town. OR 2. The Government of Alberta makes the payment as required by the community/town, as it is the employer. My crs is 350 and my younger brother living in Alberta on PR and my noc is 22310 electrical and electronic engg and tech, and do I need to link my EE profile with Ainp express entry or they will pick directly from EE profile. I have completed Master from USA but still I have not received NOI from Alberta. Kindly guide me.

For the tech pathway you need to submit a form once you get a job offer. If you're relying on an indemand NOC and relative, you don't need to do anything other than create your profile. And not everyone who may be eligible receives an invite. Masters from USA doesn't really matter here.

Assalamoalikum Sir, I am on closed work permit in Ontario and my position is maintenance System Engineer(Railway track 🛤 work), so i have few questions, 1- My NOC code will be on my work experience or my work permit status? 2- There are no specific code for Track Engineer in the NOC list, how will find the correct list? 3- if company gave me a experience later with NOC code, is it enough or need to prove as well? Please watch the video on reconsideration. You need to understand the cause of refusal before deciding what action to take.
