With the Data Import Wizard, you can import your users’ business accounts and contacts from Outlook, ACT, or any program that can save data in the CSV (comma-separated values) format, such as Excel.
The Data Import Wizard makes it easy to import data for many standard Salesforce objects, including accounts, contacts, leads, solutions, campaign members, and person accounts. You can also import data for custom objects, and import up to 50k records at a time.
