Every time I try and open a second stl file Mastercam automatically opens a new session. How do I fix this ?

If you hold Ctrl while dragging a file into Mastercam it will add it to the existing project instead of opening a new one. You can also use the Merge command to bring in the file. If the workflow isn't working it may be a version issue or something to do with your file or installation.
