Hey, Yes, its possible to import without elementor pro as well. The only catch is the pro widgets wont show up when you import.

Hello I able to download and edit the kit as you shown, however when I publish the page its not available (don't show the theme as expected) live... is there an extra step to do before publishing??

no extra steps as such, if you have inserted the template to a page and if you have published the page then it should be visible on the front-end.

That is the starter templates plugin logo - its a plugin from the WordPress Astra Team(Brainstorm Force). Just like how you have Elementor Template Library, once you install starter templates plugin, you will get an option of Astra Template library.

Once you add the template on to the page, go to the page and edit with elementor, then you could change the default images and photos with custom ones that you have.

Its a non-coded template kit. You can use the elementor plugin which is a drag and drop builder to edit the kit and layouts.
