Wow great work....I normally use CAD Earth to import Google earth objects to C3D and even generate contours for further design...

One year experience....the accuracy ain't bad since its helpful for production of estimates when ground data hasn't been availed,however there is need to explore more software with the same purpose

There is an app with name ( fastcad ) you can open just cad file and can see cad drawing in mobile to find chainages but can't track
