Hi Mr.Andy, can I ask you question what program is better for D5 Render ? Is using Blender can do well for D5 Render for LiveSync ? And do you know if D5 Render have Black Friday Discount probably ? Thanks in advance, your content help me to learn this new software to speedup my workflow

D5 has done a great job with all their plugins being developed at the same stage so Blender is an excellent option because of how robust the modeling tools are (and it's free) plus their UV capabilities! Pretty much all the settings I talk about here carry over to it. Don't worry, Blender will not hold you back! Not sure about a BF sale, but if you check my video description I always offer 5% off subscriptions! I'll also be giving out a free month of D5 Pro soon, stay tuned and thanks for the support!

@@andychristoforou So it was better to use DirectExport especially in Blender, so their settings and UV can transfer to D5 fully ? I still trying for 1 month too

@clainwahyudarmawan7055 Direct or Live are totally fine for blender. Just remember to apply materials! Yes, giving out a free month of D5 - check my latest community post!

Thank you for the overview. I'm use Rhino with other rendering tools and I'm getting ready to switch to D5. My only concern is that based upon your video, it appears the only option for proxy objects is exporting a static images to a D5 native file format. In most other rendering tools, I could use any block as a proxy, direct from Live Sync, without a second export (and taking advantage of rendering changes following any proxy object edits).
@andychristoforou3 күн бұрын
@@InspiredScience Good question, so you can only do a proxy swap with the export method, LiveSync doesn't "separate" the meshes for you to individually replace. That's the one downside there, personally knowing this I just handle all my entouraging in d5 or lumion rather than using rhino/revit to place If you'd like a free month of D5 pro, I can give you one here: archviz.academy
