I’m playing Moulin de Ville (Burgmüller) Opus 100, the first 8 pieces. But I’m also transposing them into different keys. And I’m staying there for now since I want to make them musical. I have a Bach Chorale book for sight reading, starting with 2 voices, then adding eventually one then two more voices. I stopped playing Czerny since it didn’t sound as musical as Burgmüller, but you have motivated me to use them for practice. Schäffer Opus 86 (?) is a good sight reading resource. I’ve missed seeing your videos, merci.

Thank you for this video! I wish had watched it prior to our recent lesson as I probably would have been a little more confident in the sight reading portion of our lesson. It's still a struggle for me, but your tips and advice has really helped. I practiced sight reading for 2 hrs last night(probably over did it) and it is still a slow go, but the bass clef D that I kept seeing as an F every time is now a D. Yay! Small wins 🙌. Your positivity and encouragement is huge for me. It's really changed my outlook and it's extremely important for me to keep pushing without frustration. Thank you :) 💞
