@@justinildefonso5759 i was wondering the same, but maybe its pay for review kind of thing? i mean, hes giving clear 1 on 1 instructions (mentorship) and thats usually paid stuff.. i've got one vid id like him to see and if its pay for view, then id ask only for him to tell me what does he think my rank is, so i kinda know how good of a player i am.. i consider myself as really bad player making stupid mistakes.. in any case, if theres someone else thats like high master pred or a really good player overall with good mechanics that would like to review my vod, id be really happy

alot of people dont really say this but always pop shield cells before syringes because if ur shields are cracked and u get shot there is super bad flinching when u get shot without shields but u dont flinch as bad when u have shields so always pop cells first the normal heals second.

I randomly lose my skill when I get better. Choked a 10 kill game last night and now i can’t even get a kill. This happens every time I get better

It's not that you get "better". What probably happened was that you got in a situation that benefitted your side more than your enemies that game. And now you probably can't replicate it, which is understandable. Nice game, but most likely luck. "Luck" in the sense that you probably got good loot, good positions, maybe even bad enemies or optimal enemies for you and your skill. I know I'm speculating about the game and the conditions, but I'm just trying to tell you that I don't think it is because you "los(t)e" your skill. :)

Love this. Watched both of the vod reviews you made. Helped a lot with my positioning and when/when not to take fights. Above everything else though I learned how how to better analyze my own gameplay. Just won my first solo duo after almost 1000 hours. Thanks dude I’d love to see more!

On controller, when looting boxes the best I can do is either jump before I enter the box and then crouch a bit or I can open the box while sprinting and shieldswap because it makes me continue sprinting

Another reason to prioritized shields over health: when you get shot for health, there is a lot more stutter in your screen than shields for whatever reason. So if you have only health, that stutter could make you miss 1 or 2 crucial shots

Not only that but it you also prioritize shields it creates a mini placebo on the enemies making them think you're not that low so they don't play "that" aggressively

It's interesting to watch this. I'm not even half as good as this guy but I'm still learning (: however personally I try to heal every opportunity I get. Sometimes I think I worry about my health more than getting kills like I will run from fights to heal. Since I don't want to die I rarely get any kills. This game is just so hard to me it's hard to do peak shots without getting sniped. Idk if that's just how Apex is nowadays or if I'm really that bad.

The standing still while looting was bad, but what got me was the constant crouching while looting as well. In my opinion it makes you easier to hit especially if you're still. Overall, alright gameplay though. Love these types of vids Complys

Thanks for the video! Great to peak into great player's minds. I think your business could transform to new levels with you working on how you communicate. When reviewing someone's play they've already done the deed they've done. You constantly berating the guy for making certain mistakes that he clearly in the moment was not aware of is counter productive. Like you've seen the mistake, no need to put an ego/insult/attitude spin on it, have compassion for where he's at as you know a better way, and show him how to continually do better. I found it really irritating listening to the comments you were making but at the same time can clearly see you're also a great guy who's really good at Apex and is helping people through content/coaching. Try not to take this personally, some real good can come out of it!

The biggest tip I can give newer solo's is that when you drop, make sure as soon as you find a gun, take a fight. Don't continue looting, THE MOMENT you have a gun and 40 ammo. Take a fight with the team that landed next to you. Single them out.

what's the quickest way to feel comfortable on mnk? I switched a week ago and my biggest problem is hitting the wrong buttons in a game

hi early just playing, it took me over 6 months to be consistent. definitely try to focus on honing in your sens, try out aim labs. focus on using both your arm and wrist for aiming, and just playing games. but feeling comfortable on mnk takes time, it doesn’t happen over night

also memorizing the buttons on the keyboard was hard, try focusing on what buttons you need to press, and visualize your keyboard in your mind and the location of every key

try to keep a constant sens and resolution to because if you keep switching you'll never have good aim it's all about consistency and grinding

im sorry , but i watched like first couple minutes maybe 5 or so with this guy just not healing , like in apex you should always prioritize being full HP that really separates whether or not you win a 1v2 or 1v3 by surviving with 1HP or being low like he got really lucky he didn't just get beamed with that full HP 1 bar of purple shield. Great video though I really learned a lot as well.

Depends, I’d say you’d be fine around the 1.5 AR, Which is in between 4:3 and 16:10. I use 1.33 which is 1440x1080, and I go in between 100-200 FPS with i5, 1650. But it depends, I recommend starting messing around the 1.5 mark and keep going down if you decide.
