Bro Maine Eon car me CNG sequential kit 3 saal pahle lagaya hai. Gaadi petrol pe start hone 10 second ke baad gas pe aati hai. Lekin jab gas pe aati hai tab smoothly convert nahi hoti. Gaadi zatka deti hai ya band padta hai. Hence uske vapas start ke proper race karne ke baad, rukne baad, gaadi gear me uthana padta hai. Mera question hai ki yeh problem software related hai ya kuch mechanical problem hai ? kya iska time badha de petrol to gas ? Lekin isme risk ye hai ki gaadi traffic me ho ya road pe aur band pad jayega. Hence please advise. Thanks

But already in sequential CNG there is MAP sensor installed which is giving feedback to CNG ECU, And also MAF sensor is assembled to Advancer and from there to CNG ECU.

Bhai, I fitted a Lovato CNG kit on my 1.2Lpunto. for near to 1yr there are no problem. Now suddenly I get check engine light. When checked thru obd the error code shows P0172. I talked with authorised service centre and local mechanics even the cng installer, all are saying that it's due to cng fitting and no need to worry. I'm really concerned of this issue, don't know whether this will cause major issue in engine. Can you suggest me any solutions.

I have a Santro xing 2008 model car wherein CNG was fitted by the company's vendor on the very first day. It is a conventional kit. I covered almost 70K Kms on CNG but I have felt the pleasure in driving on CNG. Ultimately I quit driving on CNG and for the last 2 years I am driving on petrol only. Now the meter reading is 1.20K kms. I just want to get it checked by any expert as advised in video so that I can restart driving on CNG . Thanks

I have a Tata zest petrol . i am encountering a problem from about 6 months and i need a real help with it. i will try my best to explain the problem properly Problem is that my car is running on cng the idle rpms is about 900 and stable so normaly its working fine but sometimes it happens that when im driving and i press the clutch to shift the gear and remove the acceleration the rpm needle (that should come to 900 ) suddenly drops straight to zero and engine gets turn off it happens again again every time i press clutch and remove acceleration and after some time the problem just vanishes and my car starts acting normaly this also sometimes happens when i start the car and leave it in idle condition then normaly the rpm are 900 but again sometimes it drops to zero and engine turns off then i will start it again and again and it shows same problem untill suddenly the problem vanishes. i also checked the temp needle it is at half but problem still happens so u can roll off the possibility that engine is cold

Check MAP/MAF sensor, If it is bad replace with new. If MAP/MAF sensor is OK then replace Advancer. Sometimes Advancer missfunctions due to water/Dust. If Advancer not installed, Install new one.
