I'm disagree for that. If you want to learn driving you must have to sit on the driving seat and start to drive. There must be an instructor to avoid danger. English is not such danger. You start to record your voice your self. Find several topics each day. Practice by recording. You can get it corrected your self. In meanwhile you can improve Grammer and vocabulary. english is an ocean. You can' t cross it. But you can do swimming. First play in the pool. do not jump to the deep pool at once. by waiting out side you can not learn driving.
