No it shouldnt. The whole point of the technique its a suprise attack. Might as well not have it if its gonna have a warning. If its so troublesome, just make it cost more. Its not that hard to pay attention at your enemy's gauge

We used to do time chamber training in bt3 honestly took us years to really understand the game and at certain point we hosted tournaments in my friends shed we had a tv a couch and a ps2+gamecube and ps3 there and bt3 was de main game played. My advice to nee comers to the series have fun explore the game dont rush getting gudjust play through the game get a understanding of the basics find chars that fit your playstyle and pick at the mechanics slowly and best way is doing it with someone else players are so different in this game from CPU’s. Also tournament mode is great u run in all the characters at different difficulties u will notice how certain chars can be effective

Super training def needs a rework imo. Training mode with CPU is better to fight they’re actually really useful. I think you should go through it and test yourself! But yea mashing is a bad habit to break out of especially in ranked where there’s latency

I’m on standard too and super counter works if you hold down left analog stick the timing part comes from hitting the square button

How do I get better at timing vanishes? I always lose on the back and forths I can only string a couple and maybe a third if I’m lucky. Is the timing right when the animation is hitting me? I probably mash to much

I have a problem, when I hit my enemy with sqare and add triangle on some point to extend my combo he counters it, but its not a super counter, what is that.

That is called perception, so he’s essentially pressing circle (standard controller player here). My suggestion for you is try not to use your smash attacks by holding it down, you wanna do it in bursts and very rapidly, or switch your tempo by attacking, side step/vanish behind to get behind them, and then use your square triangle. Hope this helps!

Go to training with piccolo and look up Z rush combos it’s usually just one button without a direction X to zoom in on them Square or Triangle for another hit and circle for a spike

⁠@@Bebop_YTtried that myself and it works, but if you’re holding up the stick and you click square or x and you dont get the super counter, you have to release the stick and push it back up again before pressing square or x again. Simply holding the stick up and mashing square or x isnt gonna work as it resets every time you fail the counter.
