During deep sleep, your brain replays memories, strengthening the neural connections involved in storing them.
So, aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night. If you have trouble sleeping, try establishing a regular bedtime routine-this could include things like avoiding screens an hour before bed, reducing caffeine intake later in the day, and creating a dark, comfortable sleeping environment.
Eat Brain-Boosting Foods
What you eat affects how well your brain performs. A study from the Journal of Neurology published in 2020 found that diets rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids support brain health and improve memory function. Try adding these memory-enhancing foods to your diet:
Blueberries: Packed with antioxidants that protect the brain from oxidative stress.

Stay Physically Active

Activities like brisk walking, swimming, or even dancing for 30 minutes a day, three times a week, can have a dramatic impact on memory retention.
Break Information into Chunks
