This is amazing and outstanding. I struggle with color theory. I have a color wheel, and have a rudimentary understanding, but no one demonstrated the obvious to me until you made this video. I am a planner, a stickler for rules, and do not like to color outside the lines (har, har). As my husband says, "a belt & suspenders person." I struggle with creativity, especially without guidelines. I am a knitter. But not the kind that creates their own pattern. I am happier following a pattern. This video has given me a pattern to follow and not only that, you showed how and why it works. Thank you so much for sharing.

@@catandpaste_ I just put your teaching into practice. I'm coloring a page on Amazon paper, basing with markers, but still struggling to create depth/shadow. I am using an Orange-red color combo. Grabbed the Cobalt Turquoise and very lightly used it to create the shadow I wanted. Ta da! Lightbulbs are flashing.😃💡💡💡🙏
