It’s easy to talk about positioning and tactics when you’re in a Legendary ship, fully maxed out with a legendary leveled up paid for Commander. Show us how good all your strategies are in a tier V ship with a basic commander. Then I’ll be impressed. Otherwise I can just as easily chalk up every one of your kills as pay to win. If your techniques really are great, then they should win you matches regardless of ship tier or commander.

Good stuff, I don't know how to make it entertaining but understanding the spawns and how the game sets up blue v red at match start could possibly help in deciding how to position.

So many times I have seen destroyers at the same line with their heavy cruisers... I'm looking at you wide spread only 20 km torpedo shima player... 😁

Nice video. Great tips. I play a lot as a Destroyer and often get pinged on radar when trying to catch a cap. Looking around for support my blue team are either too far back to radar, have decided to head to a different cap (usually when on center cap) or fire at ships off in the distance that are not the immediate threat. A series of "how to be a better team-mate" video's would be great (and hope that people actually watch and follow advice). Thanks

At 2 brothers the Gearing left the right flank straight away then circled around the centre cap for 3 minutes before taking on the Shima and then came over to your flank, the only DD that didn't anything right was your DD on your flank, the Kleber, I see this way too often.

with all the radar in the game at high tiers its quite obvious why DDs don't push up isn't it? with 8 kronstats in each game right now too 🤣 dd's wont be spotting much when they get nuked will they

Nice one peekpai. For me though it's gun boat destroyers I need to learn even after nearly 8k battles. I think that's a good how-to vid idea most people only know torps and don't use their guns.

the drop off in DD play is a Japanese 2 DD together style. Its because Ive been in beast mode too long.. they are teaming up now lol...

Not knocking people who do it but it is so much more fun in tier 2 where almost nobody has perfected the art of how to hide behind islands, to a fine art. I admit I do it myself in higher tier games as there is no choice, with a light cruiser that citadels easy. I went side by side against a Weimar and he hit me 10X for over 1800 per hit, and I hit him for 630 per hit. I won the braul as I got lucky with a few torpedoes from the Fiji, but still that seems a major mismatch. Any opinions?

Everyone: Omaha sucks. Me: I've gotten pretty good at playing a ship they say is bad. I must be getting better at the game! I can't wait to tell everyone! @@cghul7315 No armor, numerous small, rapid fire guns, fast, agile, torps...pretty much everything about her suggests light cruiser including the actual Omaha-class's intended use as a scout cruiser designed to work with friendly destroyers to screen or hunt enemy destroyers. And the tech tree in Legends is kinda misleading sometimes. For example, for some weird reason North Carolina precedes Kansas and Colorado precedes Iowa despite the fact Colorado is laid out and plays more like Kansas and ditto N. Carolina and Iowa. Also, I was just kidding.

The amount of afk teammates lately is also really frustrating, I had a shima yesterday who went afk for the whole match, we ended up winning surprisingly but it was really frustrating
