In case you are practicing a rap of a kpop song, I recommend that you see an "easy lyrics" of the song, and in the rap part play with the speed, first it can be 0.25 then 0.5, and so on until reaching normal speed, with this they can improve the pronunciation of the words :)

When I try to rap or sing it sounds so lame (Idk I think it sounds..strained(?)) It just sounds bad But when I tried to sing in my native language then it was a lot of better How to get better in this? I don't even have a place to practice😭

Do you know or understand korean If you don't , then you need to focus more on your pronounciation I had the same problem few months back but luckily I figured it out So now my singing and rapping in other languages also sounds pretty good Put more time in pronouncing letters correctly and fastly

And you can practice in your room No need for a specific space A quick advice tho If you feel the pronounciation is too hard or complicated listen to the Acapella version of the song slowed down (without instrumental) That way you will be able to clearly hear the exact pronounciation and if possible avoid learning from covers because many of the people who cover the song don't really pronounce the words correctly 😊 And Good luck
