Not gonna lie, this is great. I'm surprised I didn't get the idea of using the backboard as my receiver before. This is great creativity. I really needed this because I workout mostly by myself.
@Rkxves2 жыл бұрын
Same I wish that my stepbrothers would get my rebounds or 1v1 me so I can get my fundamentals down bc I want to tryout for bb this year but with no one to workout with it gets lonely and without any motivation it’s hard to focus on one thing to work on, it’s really just a shoot around. I’m outside 4 or 5 hours a day finding a jump shot that’s helpful and working on finishing and handles but all of its useless if I can’t use it in a real game
@elfondo5291 Жыл бұрын
@@Rkxves bro i just want u to know that what matters is that youre getting the work done, im sure u will figure out how to use everything in a real game and if you're working out 4-5 hours a day i think youve got what it takes to become great. keep up the good work !!

You stand under the basket and lay up the ball with you left hand, do it every time and just try it often in 1v1s and it's going to be more and more natural... what helped me too when I first started working on Mt left hand was using my left to do things at home that I wouldve done with my right .. make your left hand less awkward

How long you think it takes for someone who is fairly new to basketball to get at least average with their nondomiant hand. Also practices for about an hour 4x a week ? Like 2months ?
@2xtaken8032 жыл бұрын
I mean I wouldn't really try to put a set time to that just practice don't really think about it it's like looking at a clock until class is over so lesson is don't think about how long it will take just keep on practicing, right now I'm currently practicing my left hand bc it's my weak hand all my weak hand could do is cross the ball back to my right , literally that's all other than dribbling of course but it wasn't that good
