Perfect timing on this video as I am about to embark on building my own web site. My top takeaway tips were to have a very clear statement at the offset plus being about to see services, fees and when you are available to work with a client. There is nothing worse than finding a web site and then having to contact for more info only to find out services are outside of your budget and the service is not available to 3 months.

Keep it simple Ankita - don't make it overly complicated to start with - you can always add more down the track. The most important thing to have on the website is the next step you want people to take when they get there - i.e. is it to book a design consultation, have a phone call...what? Make sure that is very clear and easy for them to access.
