work efficiency a+b+c 7 x 7x b+c x 7 7×8=56 a x-7 remaining work=7x-56 (7x-56)÷(x-7)=4.5 x=9.8 put the value of x in a's efficiency and total capacity..and then divide the capacity with a's efficiency !
