The Lord took away my addictions and he healed me at the same time. How I did it is stay in his word as much as possible, carry the Bible with you and read it in spare time. Talk to him let him know how you are feeling, ask him for help. Start seeing God's goodness in everything and everybody. Once you can recognize his goodness you will know he's with you. You will want to learn more about him and you will want to talk more to him. You will get to the point to where you have had enough and you just do not want it any more. He will take it away but be sure to get healing so the damage to the temple is healed. 18 years and still strong in the Lord and I'm still thanking him for the Deliverance and healing he gave me. God Bless you, you will never be alone just talk to him in your mind or out loud he hears you.

Through out my life there’s been times where I questioned Gods love for me and if I’m forgiven due to mistakes I’ve made after receiving Jesus. This has blessed me a lot! It has encouraged me that nothing can separate me from his love and to just get back up!!! and take back what the enemy stole. There would be seasons where I’d let my peace be affected by listening to the lies of the enemy instead of the truth of God’s word but NO MORE I’m learning through those experiences and I’m now at a place of trusting his word more than ever before. that’s why it’s important to get into his word and not trust feelings because that’s what I use to allow happen to me.

Hey! I agree with you at the part you said that when you read the Bible the holy spirit comes into you and you can sense it, true story I feel the same friend, and albeit I am feeling I am in a better place of my spiritual awakening I keep reading every single night 2 chapters of the Bible. You can’t imagine how much it changed my life. To your point for the enemy, he knows whenever we are supposed to be blessed and he will try to make us angry, fight, etc to lose everything. Thanks for sharing, true stuff! By finding your faith you can receive all the blessings and ultimately any distractions and any weakness will be disappeared. You are not questioning why this friend didn’t answer back to the text message, you have faith that all good and every day new thoughts will come to you and you live true to the present. I talk to God everyday because that everything I had back then like my own apartment and maintaining a great job, I lost all that in the past 4 years. However, I tell him that my faith increases because great things will happen in increments. In other words, if he has blessed me with my own apartment before 7 years ago, he will bless me again. In the meantime, I just ask Father God to keep making everything right with my right now or what I have in front of me at this point.
