French, french, french! It changed the game for me. Unfortunately Canadian immigration (like in the west), don tie wrapper, lol(changed drastically), so learning French from scratch might be too cumbersome but for now, if you're above 30 and/or not in a Category based occupation, no nominations coming, french is basically one of the paths left for outlanders.

She's thinking of going to study in Canada in order to add it to her profile but please can she do a 10months program to increase her score.

Refer her to the link in the description for calculating the estimated score. If with a one year degree she can get 530 points, then good. Otherwise, she may need other more years of work experience or a masters or study here etc. Then, she’d need to get a reference letter from the company to IRCC (on a letter head) stating she gets her salary by cash.

Great video! Can you talk about the pilot program in health you mentioned. I have a medical degree from Nigeria, and a postgraduate diploma of 18 months too. I'm currently pursuing a masters degree in Canada and I'm less than 30. How significantly will this impact my score? Will the postgraduate diploma increase my score, and i dont need to wait for a masters? Do you advise I join the pool now or I wait and graduate first. Policies are changing fast, and I'd like to do things as fast as I can too. I look forward to your feedback

First thing to do is to confirm your current express entry score using the CRS tool. Then, watch out for healthcare routes that may be announced soon.

Thank you Yemisi How do calculate how many years of work experience for a person that has worked in 3 different organizations for different years. Do we just put only the recent job done? Secondly how do we get a pay slip when you are paid directly from a personal account and not the company account

In the profile, you’d state how many years altogether them identify how many years you spent on each role, state the roles etc. Depends on the officer in charge of your application, sometimes your bank statement can suffice. You’d need to highlight the salary on each pages of your bank statement. Other times some officer requests for a pay slip too. You should read up on creating a profile.

What I meant and think you should still do is put in the Information you have and see if you have a competitive score. That way you know to either target provincial nomination or continue the federal route.

Yeah I mentioned that. A year and if it expires without an ITA, then you re-open a new one.

It depends. Just as I’ve mentioned in the video (please watch the video in detail as to get a full grasp) Fill out the questionnaire and see if you’re competitive. Otherwise, try school.

It's not by how much, you have to show the source of the funds. If you're using a sponsor, he or she needs to show the source like business documents or payslips for a salary earner. If you're sponsoring yourself, show them how you accumulated those funds too.

It’s not about the sum. Check that it covers your tuition, living expenses and other costs as stated on IRCC website.
