Hey everyone. Just wanted to say my 'thanks' to the host of this channel. I contacted GHL via Zoom. I explained the situation. The person on Zoom was like there is no way we can increase it unless you ramp it yourself. But after explaining my point properly, she created a ticket and they increased my limits.

Did you jump on a zoom call with them? They are still upping our limits and the limits of our students aslong as you persist or ask for it to be escalated to the correct team.

It still does. Just takes a bit more stubbornness. You need to let them know that you are completely compliant etc etc, you understand that if you go against guidelines that you maybe temporarily suspended from SMSing. We’ve had multiple accounts upped to 10k so have some of our students.

Only the sub account. Be prepared to not get the level of support he is getting ;) You may need to make a case for your increase. I mentioned that ours is a "conversational" bot and would not function within current limits. Our account had plenty of testing history and was over 7 days old.

That can help, but we’ve got it done using the live chat. They normallly open a ticket with the ISV team and then they up it
