Do you know why after copying the text from another word document and paste it over the inserted background like you did, the inserted background picture change it's size, gets smaller, doesn't fill up the whole page?

Great, it's kinda solved my problem, but it doesn't print the picture itself, What I have found in there that, If you needed to be printed therefore go to "Watermark" section and uncheck the "fading" option rest of same process
