So is there a way where I can insert a photo into the cell that is small, however, when hovering over it, it enlarges, but then goes back to being small again when the mouse is moved off the image? I am trying to create an image where I am able to insert images in a cell that have information on the image, but Don't want them to be supersize the entire time just when needed. Kinda like a pop up window.

Hi There. We've always followed these steps and it's always worked but since January 2022, if I delete or move rows, my pictures move all over the place, get squashed or deleted and even loose resolution so much that I can't recognise the picture anymore, please help

Great video! Quite helpful for what I am doing at the moment. I was wondering, is there a way to equate a cell to an image. So, for instance, if I create a timeline and I want to put an image over a certain area of the timeline, I would just be able to type "equals" in the cell I would want the image to appear in, select the cell the image is equated to, and automatically insert the image into the cell I've selected in the timeline. Hope what I've described makes sense. :-D Thanks in advance!

If Timeline was built in Google Slides you can go to slides add cell box and what took me a week to figure out but is so simple is Copy cell from sheets and past into slides, the attachment from sheet is automatic and will update dyanamically this tutorial is a bit on the anal side of life.

This is close to what I need to do. I copy images from browser or PDF or whatever and paste it into Excel. I need to have BORDER LINE around the square when pasting it. Excel by default does not and so I have to manually go to Format Picture --> Line Color --> Solid Line and it works(except choosing this now makes the text image blurry but different problem). But it's a lot of clicks to get this done every time. Is there a macro or something simple that when I paste the image, it automatically inserts lines around the square box of image. I do lots of pasting images and this is too tedious! I want to do this because the images I copy/pasted onto Excel, the images look like part of another image. This is not defining the image from another materials near it.

Can you help me? I want to copy a timestamp (App) photo to excel. of course, there is info text in the photo (a jpg file). So I follow the step above but there is one problem that occurred when resizing the photo to put it in a small cell then saved the file, the text in the photo became unread or breaks.....how to resolve this?
