That's not a patch, that's an Authotkey macro but you can do it by holding click when you're holding an item for example, pause the game while holding the object, release and unpause, and now for your next interaction (ex. to open a door) you click and hold)

@@TurkPro35 AutoHotKey is used to click while clicking, making multiples actions possible at the same time, just like you clicked with another mouse and hold click again
