THANK YOU for showing how to install the door properly! I have a leak and was messing with the shower and the seal. I pushed up on the door and came back down and it POPPED out! I couldn’t get it back in to save my life! Thankfully I was really holding onto it! I had no idea shower doors were so heavy! Thankfully I have another shower. That’s what I’ve been using and mine is out of commission. Putting it back on today! Thank you for going step my step. That round spacer on the bottom was messing with me lol I was gonna use tape I was starting from the bottom 🤦🏻‍♀️ this makes way more sense.

Just installed one of these for my dad in an oil rubbed bronze finish. Iv'e installed alot of shower doors including sliders, but the directions were clear and concise and it went smoothly. Expect it to take two people about 6 hours to install if you've never install this type before and they are a little more difficult than sliders. But overall not too bad.

Actually this style is much easier to install than the frameless type that hang from the header. Much less chance of breaking the door.

I recently attempted to install one of these things in a customer’s bathroom and ran into several problems with this product. One, cutting the header. You will need a circular chop saw with a metal blade to even come close to getting a clean cut. The wall anchors provided are practically useless. The anti bump guides in the header are supposed to be secured with these crappy little screws which do not work at all. I managed to install the inner door no problem. But when you attempt to place the outer door you will find you have no room to angle it inwards because of the over lap from the inner door and you can’t just lift it up into the track. As I carefully attempted to insert the outer door into the track it bound and shattered all over me and injured my hand not to mention glass went all over the place. Now I’m no novice at DYI projects and was extremely careful. I wouldn’t suggest doing this yourself and a tarp is a good idea incase this happens to you. This isn’t a product I would recommend. This video also isn’t the frameless sliding type I attempted to install so doesn’t apply to my experience.

Yes, the instructions are wrong. For most applications, you need to install the outer door first, and the inner door second, both from inside the shower so the base doesn’t block access.

One thing to note here is that the nuts on the wheels go against the metal not on the outside. This was not clear and I fought the sliding for too long before I figured this out.
