My friend, you are a good teacher. Very well understood. After that if you are a computer guru like me, apply to different monitors. Meaning you can split the VGA Cables to enable you connect to different monitors for viewing anywhere. Example in your living room, bedroom tv, or kitchen. Thanks man

I connected the other side of the VGA monitor to my computer and i think its a bad idea because the port from my computer is a monitor port meaning its exporting signal not recieveing it... What kind of plug is on the other side of your VGA cord and how does it plug into your monitor?

splitting the the power would not drop the voltage with long distance, let say a hundred meters from the dvr?, for me I prefer sending 220v to be converted in every location of each camera to avoid voltage drop,

Anas Botak let say you use 4 camera with 720 mp. And hard disc is 1TB. It will be save data for a week at least.

If you connect the DVR to your network properly and then configure your network so that the network is accessible and viewable by your phone, then YES, it can be seen on your phone. The trouble you may run into is with configuring your network (some people are comfortable with changing their network and router settings and some folks freak out when they try).
