I just got one and don’t know I’m keeping it the machine tips over when trays come out one mounting screw on top doesn’t cut or it needs one on top one on bottom on both sides from keeping tilting forward bad design

The "special head " wood screws for the cabinets wont self tap and the screw head is very shallow and won't stay.I'm giving up for the day.

The water valve has a blue tab inside of it. Do I remove that?

I’ve since found out the blue tab is a part of the valve. I just had a leaking water supply line that I replaced w a new one.

The 90 degree elbow position puts it directly in the way of the drain tube which is made from inflexible cheap plastic and tightening the water line will be extremely difficult: design/material fail. Mounting bracket holes are positioned almost flush with dishwasher housing making turning screws extremely difficult: design fail and "corrected" by the insert/bend bracket which does not hold firm. The balance legs only have a single screw point and do not screw in flush or even and you won't be able to reach the rear legs to adjust if you wait until the dishwasher is in "final position": design fail. GE seems to trend where any design failure that makes assembly difficult is pushed onto the consumer. Give this consideration for any dishwasher before purchase.
