are the spanner wrenches included when you buy the adapter?

Yes, they came with my suppressor

I just got my first suppressor; a Deadair Nomad. What type of grease would you recommend? Do you have a brand name?
@LiveLifeOutdoors882 жыл бұрын
I like the Aeroshell grease personally. There are a few kinds of high temp lithium grease options out there

My keymo isn’t screwing on my nomad past the first turn turn. Is there only one type of keymo for the nomad?
@LiveLifeOutdoors882 жыл бұрын
There isn't a type for the nomad. It should be fitting on. They can crossthread so easily though, so I'm wondering if that is what is going on.

Mine is also not screwing pst first thread
@azucena6882 жыл бұрын
@@michaelcarbis2286 yeah the threads we're off. Sent it in and they fixed the threads.

Man mine is on there so tight I started to bleed. Any tips on getting this damn thing off?

Do you have the spanner wrench tools?

I bent my spanner trying to get it off

Is keymo your preferred mount or do you prefer a different one?
@LiveLifeOutdoors888 ай бұрын
I prefer the Keymo mount over most. I know there are a couple of very new ones out there that I haven’t tried though. The Keymo mount is great for keeping it tight and aligned without seizing

Is this the item # DA428 omega or DA429 saker? Anyone have any online sites or stores that may carry the 1/2x28 dead air direct thread adapter also

I can’t for the life of me get mine off the spanners keep bending
@EBFNOQMAGNO5 ай бұрын
I put the spanner wrench in a vice, hooked it to the inner notch, grabbed the can with my hands and it was able to unscrew it wearing a pair of rubber gloves.

Thank you so much for the reminder. I rockset mine and it fought me like hell (and I won). Didn’t help I wasn’t using a vise

I did everything you did and the can came off without the keymo adapter! Do you know if it’s recommended to locktight the can to the keymo adapter?
@LiveLifeOutdoors88 Жыл бұрын
I know that people have put locktight on them. I haven't and so far it's been good. Did you use the spanner wrenches?

The wrenches came with my suppressor.

What size threads are those? I'm going to take a wild guess and say they don't make taps and dies for that 😂 You know... to fix the threads. *cough cough*

I don't know exactly what the thread pitch is on it.... it's very fine tough...
