I like the Aeroshell grease personally. There are a few kinds of high temp lithium grease options out there

My keymo isn’t screwing on my nomad past the first turn turn. Is there only one type of keymo for the nomad?

There isn't a type for the nomad. It should be fitting on. They can crossthread so easily though, so I'm wondering if that is what is going on.

I prefer the Keymo mount over most. I know there are a couple of very new ones out there that I haven’t tried though. The Keymo mount is great for keeping it tight and aligned without seizing

I can’t for the life of me get mine off the spanners keep bending

I put the spanner wrench in a vice, hooked it to the inner notch, grabbed the can with my hands and it was able to unscrew it wearing a pair of rubber gloves.

I did everything you did and the can came off without the keymo adapter! Do you know if it’s recommended to locktight the can to the keymo adapter?

I know that people have put locktight on them. I haven't and so far it's been good. Did you use the spanner wrenches?

I don't know exactly what the thread pitch is on it.... it's very fine tough...
