Prolly easier if u put the bolts in the back part first then you can hold the front up and line things up better

Thanks so much for this video, the bumper and the disassembly and reassembly one. I see why you guys use a pneumatic rivet gun. I had to put a cheater bar on my Harbor Freight manual one to get the underbelly rivets in my BCX.

is it really necessary to remove the exhaust? Only the hood can work?

Oops i put a rivet and washer where the bolt and washer and nut was supposed to go…… is that a problem?

A lot easier to do without removing the muffler and pipe! Just gotta be careful with the drill.

I agree. There's still two rivets you have to remove if I remember correctly

Was this the narrow or wide skid plate?

I believe they call this the full body skid plate.

Narrow chassis. Not a bad install but does require an hour and I suggest wrapping the air box with aluminum tape and laying some foam weather stripping around the hood edges. That way you got nice cool air to the engine but still warm enough for spec with the felt liner. And no dry powder gets into your steering assembly and blowing out your steering boots that I've heard some horror stories about.
