How to install a toggle switch name plate on a single cut guitar.

Cool video. Just got a black Les Paul but the toggle switch washer, pick guard are white & has the "top hat" knobs. I wanted to replace the pick guard, pickup brackets, toggle washer & knobs so they're all black but never done it on a Les Paul before, so I was wondering how hard or easy it would be. Edit: oh, I see...yours isn't a Les Paul, but a different brand of guitar that makes a similar design. Only Gibson & Epiphone are authorized to use the Les Paul name on their guitars. That's probably why yours didn't come with the washer - or token, as you call it...some of them don't.
