How very perceptive of you to create this. I struggled to try and find a way to instal panels with large air gap. I actually paused one of your old videos to see what you had going on and copied that haha. Anyways, here are a few more suggestions for content I would like to see. The big one is more in depth videos for understanding advanced measurements in REW and REW altogether, how to instal lighting into cloud panels, how to incorporate / measure a studio sub, DSP gear (compact mixer and or interface) options and review for tuning studios (mini dsp, A&H CQ-12 or 18, RME etc ). How to build resonant traps, how to build (calculate) diffusers plates. Thanks for all your hard work!

Hey! I'm not sure if you'd be able to glue your panels to the air gap spacers but with frameless panels, you can typically used epoxy or resin to create a hard surface on the back of the panel that the z clips can be glued to or screwed in.

Fail to mention why an air gap other than what comes built into many panels. I’ve never seen studios with panels floating in air. None on the GIK website.

We made this video tutorial to explain how to install acoustic panels with an air gap. We will be making a video in the future on the benefits of installing acoustic panels with an air gap. Stay tuned!
