Great job. I have the same unit, but touchscreen is bad. Did you loose any functionality found in SETUP and CAR buttons? Does it shows car info and let you manage bluetooth/phones? Thanks!

What functions are you referring to? It doesn’t show any car info because it didn’t have a canbus decoder. You can manage Bluetooth through the BT app.

@LutongPinoyFastbreak there is a 28 pin harness you need to tap into. Pin 23 needs to be grounded , Pin 22 needs to connect to steering key 1 from the radio, Pin 21 needs to connect to steering key 2 from the radio . If it doesn’t work, swap the key 1 and key 2 wires to the the opposite pins.

Got the same unit, had it professionally installed but I hate that the camera is so zoomed in.. any way to zoom out?

Not sure about zooming out. You’ll have to do some searching around in the factory settings. If not, i would replace the camera with a different one

I want to retain my original camera, how do I go in about that? I know I need a harness, but how do I install it?

You will need a harness. The Metra “AXBUCH-T16V” or “AXBUCH-T1” instructions come with the harness but it’s just connecting it to the matching harness from the car then plugging in the video cable to the back of the radio for the camera input

Got steering wheel control to work, but it won’t save the settings. Any idea? It will retain the programing for a day or few hours but after it performs a different function. For example, up volume is next track, down volume is up volume. It’s all mixed up. Suggestions? 😢

Are you using the plug & play kit or did you manually wire SWC key 1 & 2?

@@gn3ricc okay, factory reset the unit & try relearning the steering wheel keys. If that doesn't work, contact customer support on amazon & get them to send you the harness with the canbus decoder box.

I have the same and I can't figure out where the antenna power wires connect. I get no signal on many channels.

They should be connected together, Car side & radio side harnesses. You can also connect them to red 12v switched power wire

How did you get the steering wheel controls to work I have that same head unit and my don't work at all the system wont even program them

@TheRegulator1870 you have to tap Pin 21(yellow),22(purple),23(black) on the 28 pin connector. 21 goes to SWC-1 wire ; 22 goes to SWC-2 wire ; 23 needs to be grounded to chassis . If it doesn’t work swap pin 21 to SWC -2 wire & 22 to SWC-1.
