AO Double Shear Shock Bracket Install Mercedes Sprinter - DIY

This video goes over the simple installation of Agile Offroad's double shear shock bracket, This upper bracket at $399.00 fixes the flaw in sprinter vans where the upper shock bolt mount is a failure point on these vans when they are used as camper conversions and taken offroad. The van was never designed to take the forces of the shock dampening when loaded and offroad. this bracket triples the attachment points to the frame and provides significant structure for the shock to mount to eliminating the common failure of the upper shock bolt. it was a simple install with tire removal maybe 25 min per side. it is a perfect complement to our Agile Offroad Rip kit we just installed.

Thanks, man its night and day, the difference is not even comparable, the rip kit is another league, the suspension is smooth and firm in all the right ways, the van feels like a totally different vehicle, the rip kit is a huge investment for a van, but totally worth it. Aside from the ride improvements the next biggest benefits are there is virtually no sway in the wind, the rebound smoothness from bumps is awesome, before the van would lirch and rock especially on uneven terrain offroad and when going through dips and transitions in parking lots and driveways and now its smooth and stable

@ChrisDunn37 absolutely, its totally worth the upgrade, you will be happy with the way it performs, truely makes a difference to have a suspension tuned to the load and function of these vans as we are using them vs the factory suspension designed to just ferry cargo up and down the road
