I could add the integration to home assistant, but know my devices on my phone Alexa app appear as non reachable 😮

What are you trying to accomplish this should add your echo devices. If you're meaning that your devices inside of Alexa are not reachable that normally means you need to reconnect your skill. Are your devices from the home assistant hooked up manually or Naba casa?

The status information of my media player entities never updates. Have you encountered this issue? It seems they keep whatever state, song etc they had when home assistant started, forever...

Weird mine changes state the last time I looked. Have you checked the home assistant logs?

I've tried following different people's videos. My Home Assistant still doesn't find my devices. Might be something to do with not having an actual 'authenticator app' installed on my phone.

When you say home assistant doesn't find my devices, do you mean on Alexa Media Player or devices around your house? If you want Home Assistant to see devices around your house, make sure you have mDNS set up. Are you receiving any errors?

@@bigbeartechworld I mean my Echo Dots. I'm increasingly thinking it has something to do with them previously being linked to my Raspberry Pi 3 setup. I'm currently in the process of setting up everything on a Pi 4. Might try factory resetting my Echos and all settings in the Alexa App.
