How much camber are you running in this video? About to purchase a FLCA 25mm extended but idk which FUCA’s to get. The options are from 0 to -4 camber or -4 to -8 camber. I’m tryna get the same look at your cresta in this video tbh

We never got a measurement for the camber on this car. Derick traded the car not long after the install from this video... I will say we adjusted the FDF kit to run the least amount of camber as it possibly could, and it still had way too much camber as you can see in this video. If i were to suggest one of the options you presented I would definitely go with 0 to -4 personally. This car would go through tires in the front way too quickly and it became obnoxious.

hey man. im putting the fdf mini mantis on my is200 (is200 with weak motor) also got bc coilovers. i had to raise the coilovers like 3 inches so it doesnt rub the fenders but now im thinking the coilover is not very deep in its lower housing anymore. do you know how far i can go out? there is a little hole in the lower section is that a indicator of how much turned out it can maximum be before the coilover can snap?

Sorry I’m just seeing this now, to be completely honest I’m not exactly sure how much you can get away with. Which series of the bcs did you get? Because I know they make ones that are longer for situations like these. I will say the angle kit on these cars are a big pain in the ass unfortunately, we are having issues with too much camber on this car now and it’s adjusted out entirely

I know with bcs you can order parts, you may be able to contact them and see if you can purchase the extended piece you need. Or worst case scenario buy two new front coilovers

@@driftjunkies perfect thx! i will contact them and try to get a longer lower housing. ive got the br-rs series. i also have like -6° camber with the oem camber adjustment and adjustable upper arm adjusted all the way to positive camber

@@kemurikusari9629yeah trying to dial down the camber is something we haven’t quite figured out yet 😅. Everything is adjusted out similar to your situation but are still left with a large amount of negative camber

@@driftjunkies hey bro. just wanted to tell you i got custom coilover riser made by fdf. not gonna change camber but will give me roughly 2 inches more headroom. for the negative camber i have the stock camber setting on the lva pushed all the way inside for maximum positive camber and the adjustable upper control arm set all the way outside for maximum positive camber and still got roughly -6° camber. also i would get adjustable caster arms tge caster on my is with stock arms git pushed back quiete a lot with the angle kit

Appreciate the comment! Derick got the mini mantis kit with the Cusco uppers. I believe the mega mantis would be best suited for a higher spec competitive drift car.
