Just watched another video by another conservatory company where they said you must NOT have metal beams for a solid roof because condensation will form on the joists, run down and form puddles? Solid roof beams should always be wood according to them

Bollocks...only if they are in the middle and exposed thus subject to transfer cold spots from outside and heat from the inside, then of course let's welcome condensation. Under this principle here i can say a huge YES it is the roof of my dreams!

anyone have experience with LEKA roofs? they dont use aluminium beams or timber. They report a U value of 0.15 using GRP
