Pro tip: Cut a cookie from a scrap piece of plywood and screw it to the surface you want to cut the hole in. The cookie will act as a guide and can protect the wires at the same time.

Same thing happened to me with the ground holding the light but luckily my ladder saved it from falling :') "ring around the ground" HA I'll remember that. Thanks Joe!

I use a. Multi tool when I cut those in. It's a lot easier, and there's no chance of hitting The Wire. Nice job

Yes they are if they are “in wall.” But only 1 wire. You’ll need a cut in box for 2.
