Hi. First of all thank you for the video. It was really helpfull. In other wise, I have the cd of the scanner and when I configure it out it junt present me the first part. It is really necesary configure every part? Because every time I going to change the configuration to pdf i get selected a scanner and the plataform that you use is not the same one

You should be able to set a scanner profile in PaperStream Capture that stores the specific scanner settings.

Great video two questions. Does this work on Mac? Also, I am starting a new business and my client would like the documents to match and save the PDF file name as per the document number. eg invoice, purchase order or work order number. Can the scanner detect and save the document number automatically? if not, can you recommend a scanner that can do this. Thank you in advance

Hi Tricia, this is an easy setting in the software where you can set the output format to JPEG shown near 7:02 in the video but you have to switch to color mode instead of black & white mode as shown in the video.
