Sir, kindly help. After installing jenkins through PUTTY SESSION . I checked status on putty session of jenkins on my ubuntu server and it shows installed but says initial jenkins setup is required. When I try to access it on my browser using public_ip:8080 I get an error "This site can’t be reached"

I have also enabled all traffic in AWS security Inbound and outbound rules.
