Hello i'm from indonesia. My nanopix2 cant work properly. When i open the nanopix program, it show to choose nanopix 1 and 2. After i choose nanopix 2, the is a message show "please connect size 2 for product registration" while i already plug the sensor. Mine is laptop i3 windows 10 Home 64bit RAM 4GB. Can you help me.

You guys need to improve twain driver so it has an option so it will auto save image and auto save and auto advance to capture next image. Also installing size 1 and size 2 on same machine was quite difficult. When you go to install one size it wants to overwrite other i think. You should be able to install for size 1 and the for size 2 on same machine without problems screwing up the other size calibration previously installed with different serial number The twain driver callibration 1 and calibration 2 was a pain. Why not setup so each sensor size loads as its own device and twain selection and smart enough to know where the calibration files are stored automatically. We should just have to select nanopix 1 or nanopix2, not have to go select nanopix twain then load the calibration file locations. The whole process of having a system with 2 sensor sizes is a pain and taking xrays with the sensor twain is just a slow inefficent process for me. I had to revert back to using my old sensors since it was more efficient and less issues to deal with. It would be nice if i can have an option to have the image come out flipped or rotated for its default settings. My vatech sensor twain has a different default making it a pain to have to go back and adjust customized templates for every sensor. Inefficient to have to click so many times for each image. I have to use sota imaging software which has server and workstations. Your inhouse image software, It can not even select size 1 or size 2 without unplugging one or the other sensor. Is it only designed to work right for a single size plugged in at one time for your software and when using a twain driver. What a huge pain???

for the time being , 2 sensors share a driver, so you can't insert nanopix 1 and 2 at the same time for conversion
